- 🏡 Meet Sales Comparables Now you can compare sales data just like you do with our Rent Comps. Zoom into any neighborhood on the map and instantly see transaction-level sales comps populate within your desired area. Quick. Clean. Contextual.
🔵 Existing Features Update
- 🔍 By Area tab added to Property Overview You asked, we delivered. Now Property Overview lets you search By Area, not just address. Just zoom in on the map, hit Search, and you're in!
- Looking for zoning, lot size, or ownership info? You can grab ALL of that by simply selecting a property marker on the map or table list. Area-based search will now give you a broader view of multifamily stock with a lot less clicking.

- Census Tract Boundary Version Update
- Compared to the previous version, the new boundaries are more finely dissected—especially in areas with population growth.
- For example, if Downtown Houston previously had 5,000 people in one tract, increased population may now require it to be split into two smaller tracts to maintain population balance.
