Boundary

Choose where your score should be mapped.

Property > Supply & Demand

Compare new multifamily supply and demand around a subject address.

You get:

• New delivered multifamily units by quarter
• Supply % relative to existing inventory
• Absorbed units and availability change
• Absorption % across 3 mi, 5 mi, and 10 mi
• Radius-based comparison charts for supply pressure and demand depth

💡 How to use:

Open Property > Supply & Demand, enter a subject address, then click Run.

The platform uses the selected address as the center point and automatically compares supply and demand across 3 mi, 5 mi, and 10 mi radii.
